I go into the payment portal on the 1st of each month. The portals is never up to date on the 1st. This month I received a notice of late rent. I checked each day the 1st, 2nd and still not updated. Finally on the 3rd it's up. Still got a late notice on my door! I'm confused! If this is what you require then the rent due should be posted on the 30th or the 31st. Aggravated

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience living in Afton Ridge. We loved our one bedroom apartment. It was cozy and well maintained. We would definitely come back live here in the future!

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my stay. I didn't have any issues and if something needed fixed, maintenance was on it right away. They have a nice pool that is always clean, and tons of parking. All the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Only reason I moved was because I needed a bigger place. They are conveniently located to tons of shopping and food. The Super Target, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dollar Tree are all in walking distance. It made my commute to Charlotte so much faster for work as well since they are right off 85.
