Our fees are paid by our clients.

Touchpoint was started and is run by Steve Crane who is an experienced global CFO. As a result of his deep functional knowledge and experience coupled with our proven and effective search process, we are able to better filter candidates and typically to complete a search in a shorter time than the industry average. Both candidates and clients often give us feedback that we are different than other recruiters they have worked with as we “get it”, we understand the language, we understand the positions, and we understand what makes a great candidate.

The titles we typically place are VP Tax, Global Head Tax, Tax Director, Transfer Pricing VP/Director/Manager, Tax Accounting VP/Director/Manager, Tax Partner/Director/Manager.

Touchpoint Search is a performance based retained search firm on our permanent searches. Our fee is 30% of the professionals total compensation. 1/3rd of the fee is due up front with 1/3rd due at 60 days but the remainder is due only when the candidate starts at your company. The executives we place are generally in a salary range of $150K to $1 Million plus.
