The cost of renting a vehicle is almost unbearable these days which makes customer service that much more important in my opinion. I have always been treated well at Enterprise of Charleston, 2004 Savannah Hwy, and will continue to utilize this location when the need arises.

So many problems with them over the years. Right now, I am out of town and had someone crash into me. Enterprise booked me a vehicle. When the time came to get it. No vehicles. So, I cant get home, 4.5hrs away. And I need to get my daughter to school in the morning.

It was absolutely painless from start to finish! Rachel was extremely accommodating in helping me get a comparable loner vehicle while mine was at the dealership, and Karl was very professional and courteous while getting me into my rental vehicle. Highly recommend!

The staff at THIS Enterprise is racist & bigoted. There is better Enterprise's(not all are ran by the same local company) in Charleston.
