Do they actually give you what you ask for? Every hair salon I got to always cuts my hair too short and totally different from what i ask for, even if I provide picture examples.

They listen to what you want. I go to Laura and trust her to do what's best for my hair. I always feel and look great when I leave. Tell them what you want.
