Terrible office, go elsewhere if you can. They take hours to return calls even for severe illnesses. They tell you they're calling in a rx, then you go to pick it up and the pharmacy has never heard about it. Takes hours and many more phone calls to get a return call and they lie and say they couldn't get in touch with me so they didn't call in the rx. Ummm get in touch about what because we already spoke and you prescribed medication plus this is a cell phone I would know if I had a missed call or voicemail. Ugh. Anyways super unresponsive, inept, lazy, and dishonest office. They also shared protected medical information for my kid without their consent. And they are sooo difficult to deal with once your kid becomes a teen. I wasn't allowed to make a well child visit for them??? What! This is still my kid -_- Such a headache all the time.

I was not happy about my visit my son waited over an hour we had to park in the back parking lot and wait to be called in it's called VIP it was a covid area where they take you into my son didn't have covid I don't think he should have been with covid patients they said he had to be there because he had a sore throat which I can understand but my son didn't have covid on top of that I had to ask the nurse to change her gloves before she put her hands near my son's mouth or face they told me the appointment took so long because they got their patience mixed up I went to this doctor's office since I was young and now my children go there but it definitely has changed a lot not so much in a good way way longer waiting times hard to get appointments not very clean. Very disappointing

I've been bringing both my girls here for the past six years. I've found the entire staff to be extraordinary. I am so happy that we have these doctors and other healthcare providers. I always feel my children are in excellent hands.
