I was a client for over ten years. During that time I seldom had an easy time with the support staff. Getting a message through to my doctor, getting information on my prescriptions, asking to have my call returned, getting my records transferred to my new ophthalmologist - they should work for a dentist because it was like putting teeth. And was I ever surprised when my new ophthalmologist informed me that I had been taking a medication incorrectly for over two years. The Middlesex ophthalmologist NEVER advised me on the proper way to take it and as a result it benefited me very little and cost plenty. The staff is polite but I should have changed my doctor a long time ago.

No issues with my new doctor. Will miss Dr. luskind. But I have been going to this office since I was 10 years old! So more than 50 years, I am getting good service! The gentleman doing my eye exam was great!

We do accept most United Healthcare plans, however with there being so many different plans it is best to call your provider directly to ensure your services are covered. Also we do carry a wide variety of eyeglass brands; prices would vary depending on what you are looking for in a brand, lens and prescription. If you would like to speak to one of our Opticians directly, they would be happy to help and give you a more accurate price range for what glasses suits your needs. Their direct line is 860-347-8300.
