Went to four different apartment complexes and this staff was the only one that did not forget that courtesy is a part of being professional - not just how you look and talk. I live here currently and have experienced extreme inconvenience with their maintenance services. Things are never prioritized and you get lame excuses for not executing important issues despite giving enough time. No one comes to fix a non functional toilet for 2 days!! And in return ask me to use the other bathroom.. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Edited review- after an additional year of living here I do not think anything has changed. Yes there are lot of additional payments I have made including $75 as “late fee” for 1 day delay in rent without any reminder or prior notice. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Parked my car at my friend’s place for a day, my car got trashed and wallet is gone, all my friend’s stuff is gone. Very bad neighborhood, do not recommend to move in unless you want your stuff get stolen.

Staff is very positive and friendly. Allison from the front desk was always willing and able to help with whatever I needed during my move-in, and when I had A/C problems, Jason from maintenance was there within 15-20 minutes and got it fixed. Apartment itself is very nice, all new fixtures and appliances. I only have extremely minor nitpicky problems, like how noisy the A/C fan and washer are when running. Overall enjoying my time here and would recommend!

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Some of our communities have dog wash stations, while others feature Bark Parks and other dog walking amenities. Please refer to the community page you’re interested in for a full list of pet amenities.
MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.

If you go to their website it should provide you listings of the layouts along with the availability and the rent per month based on a 12 month lease. You are able to lease for a shorter or longer time which may change your rent.
