I would love to give this place more stars, for being a quiet, peaceful, and clean place to live. Which It really is and that's all awesome... Truthfully I'm new here and have had nothing but.... Constant inspection, Monthly verification, Constant letters on the door to come to office for verification and if not termination of lease..... No type of privacy!!! you'll not able to enjoy the peace and quiet that the community provides, because of the constant trips to the office. Now I've stayed on income based housing before in my life and have never been bother the way theses people bother you.... It's Madness... New comers to the Statesboro area or just people needing something urgently... Beware.....🤔🤔🤔🤔 Update after changing office managers a few times things calm down not as many inspections, not in the rent office 24-7. I will go back on my last words and say it's not so bad after all.

I’ve been here for seven years. Everything is great about the complex. The only con I’ve ever had was getting use to different landlords and they leave! They’ve all showed me positive customer service. And handled problems accordingly .
