Good burgers, good burgers, good burgers... I got a spicy crispy checken sandwich and it was a bomb. We also got freshcut fries with parm +herb. Fries were fresh, no argument on that. But it was too much parm cheese on it and it could have more salty and tasty for the price I paid for that fries. Served our food within 10 mins. They had craft beer and that was a great combo for a lunch. Staff was friendly. I would go back here again and recommend to anyone. Parking is free for 2 hours in the next door parking structure.

Shockingly bad is the best I can say. I don't know if it was an off night, or what, but I have real trouble understanding how this place is rated highly. I can't comment on the shakes because, after ordering online (and paying for them) we were told when we arrived that they were "out of ice cream." Not a flavor of ice cream - all ice cream. On a Friday evening. The fries and onion rings were a sopping greasy mess. The chicken sandwich had no taste. That might have been less of an issue if the extra sauce I paid for was in the bag - but it was not. The spicy wagyu burger had an unpleasant maple flavor - maybe from the bacon - and wasn't spicy. The patty was good - which is something. I guess. Our dog liked the hot dog as well, as best I could tell - he didn't complain. So, for two people and a dog you can plan to spend over $50 - that's nuts. Thought of it as a splurge - turned into a greasy gut purge. (Oh, and forget about convenient parking or even just stopping in front to quickly run in - not happening at this location.) Won't be back.

One of our favorite places to go for good fast casual burgers. The store is conveniently located in the heart of Pike and Rose shopping area. There are a few parking lots around to choose from (busy, busy, and busy parking lots). The store inside is well laid out and placing an order was easy and quick. All the available items are clearly displayed on the menu screens behind the counter. We ordered the following items: CEO - wagyu burger Fried Chicken sandwich Cry + Fries Beer The burger was decent size and the patty was flavorful and tasty. The bun too tasted fresh. The Fried chicken sandwich was crispy and not over oily. The cry+fries were good too - I generally avoid onion rings but could not get enough of here! Wish we had ordered one side dish for each of us so that I could get more of the rings! The fries were good too but onion rings did it for me :) The have a few beer to choose from on tap and that was a good option to go along with the food. Definitely a place on a list for burgers!

They don't allow you to eat inside and they limit how many people can be inside at once
