The maintenance team and especially Antuan Price do a Herculean effort taking care of the ocasional needs we have. He is super responsive, efficient and effective. We are lucky to have him.

Avalon has a gem in Sadiqui Hamilton. Quite honestly, he is the reason we decided to move in. Since then, he has only proven himself to be ever kind, courteous, and helpful at every turn. In short, if Avalon was smart it would find a way to promote Mr Hamilton.

I wanted to take a minute to highlight Avalon's Kevin. He is the biggest asset to Avalon's team. He always takes a minute to check in on me and my dog and goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is running properly. I recently commented to him in passing conversation about losing my wallet the night before. To my surprise, he decided to go throw the complex's dumpsters to try and find my wallet. While I enjoy our conversations, his work ethic and going the extra mile makes him an invaluable asset. I hope Avalon realizes what a wonderful employee they have on their staff and gives him a raise. I will gladly renew my rent as long as he is here.

I just moved to Avalon Grosvenor Station and have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mitchell and Sadequi. They were both so helpful in the process and everything from day one was smooth and easy. I am happy with my apartment. The community is in a perfect location, real close to the highway. I really enjoy the community and it is very lit in early morning and evenings for walks or runs. The office staff was very friendly about anything that needed to be fixed or looked at. I recommend and looking forward to my living here.
