The nurses are extremely Friendly. But the appointment scheduling person is so rude. It is very difficult to set up an appointment with her.

Service is ok; they are flexible if you need a last minute appointment, but waiting times can be long. The relation patient-doctor is very impersonal. You will be lucky if a nice receptionist picks up the phone, otherwise, they generally don’t care much about the patient/parents needs.

Questions & Answers

What time does the office open? It is now 8:20 am and it says I reached after hours service. The only option helpful is to call back during regular business hours starting 8 am which I have done.

They start answering the phones at 9:00am They take sick urgent walk ins starting at 8:00

Yes they do have people in the office who speak Spanish.
