The store is fine but I just tried on several items in the changing room and the heat was on full blast. Just in the changing room; not the rest of the store. It is currently 95 degrees in Bethesda. These are dangerous conditions for the people working there and extremely uncomfortable while trying on clothes. The employee confirmed that the heat was on.

They close they fitting room 30 minutes before closing. Which is ridiculous. The team cannot handle a fitting room why are you even open? Having a sign does not justify the attitude.

Sophie needs to get more customer service training! She probably hates her job but no reason to be Rude Rude Rude to your customers. When you are unable to remove the theft prevention sensor on your station, you should remove the sensor at another station. Don't let customers set the alarm off and act that this is the norm. Nina
