Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! They set up an appointment with us to have instalation done but they didn't tell us that we would need to wait until PROJECTED summer 2023 to actually have internet! Like who wants to wait a year for that! PLUS, they failed to mention that they need access to both units f9r them to even do our 1 unit. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! And I had to take work off for this! Get better USI! Grt better amd stop wasting people's time!

Our internet was HORRIBLE over this last week BUT I called and talked to Scott L. at USI Wireless who spent time taking me through lots of steps only to discover that it was just a bad cable, which he was able to pinpoint. After a quick run to the corner hardware store I replaced that cable and all is well. Scott even called me back as he had been watching my connections as I reattached the cable. He wanted to make sure I didn't have any more questions. Our speed is fantastic now!
