Went in because my FB was hacked.I also thought I needed more data She said I can help you with that She remove some of my apps,then told me I needed a New phone.She also advise me to call my Carrier Went to a different Xfinity store on Rt.22. They clean my phone up,said all I needed was to change my password. Last they checked my data,said I had unlimited. Said I only average 1.2 a month. They also said I didn't need a New phone. All in all it only took five minutes. I left so fast I should have tip them. Next time I'm out that way I will stop in an tip them. Sorry this was so long to write.

Would give them Zero stars if I could. After waiting to be served, a woman walked and spoke directly to a rep. he eventully called me over and Lance Ward was extremely defensive in accepting old gear, He couldnt tell what devices were on the account. HORRIBLE as usual with Xfinity.Would drop if I could

Not really JUST go to ur nearest xfinity store and get another one its no problem because u an account or call them and they mail u another one it may take a minute before u get it the mail that I suggested u go to ur nearest xfinity store and get right there on the spot.
