Love this Chula Vista Dollar Tree! It's really the $1.25 tree. But they put signs all over so you have to budget for the extra quarter on everything you buy even though they remind you. But they have to do it because they are still true to Dollar Store idea, but prices are rising and they still need to make a little bit more money to keep the store going help. However they are completely different from the rising prices at the 99 cent store where you see Things That Go upwards as expensive as $17.99 that I have seen & anywhere in between that and especially it seems the things you want the most are much more than $0.99. But the Dollar Tree tries very hard to stay within that dollar 25 amount in fact I would say every single thing is $1.25. And just like the 99 cent store ... if you see something you like and you can get it ... get it ... because it won't be there when you come back a lot of times. This is true of my beloved honey pretzels that are not there anymore and now I wish I bought every bag I had seen LOL. They also have really really tasteful faux flowers that I have made into bouquets and put in many rooms in other people's homes and they are really very pretty and last a long time that's just a nice item they usually have. And one more really cool scene they have is they have a craft section that has almost as many things that you can find at Michaels, ... well not that many ... but quite a few things and it's pretty neat. So head over & enjoy your shopping there and have a great day!

The store was fine, but there was a man yelling at the customers. When were paying the man tried to flee with the cart full of non paid groceries and when the manager tried to stop him, he punched her in the face, twice. Theres was no supervision or guards and some clients had to scare the man to leave. Its horrible that the company does not protect their employees, nor customers.

My local Dollar Tree Store, on Broadway in South Chula Vista, is a great place to shop. They stock a wide variety of items, and a very good selection of hard-to-find candy and snacks. Even at $1.25 per item, all their merchandise is a good deal. Also, the cashiers are efficient, and the lines are usually pretty short.

A nice little department store that sells everything from seasonal products, to kitchen ware, snacks, food, drinks and art supplies. Prices are low for most items, but not exactly a dollar

THE TRUTH I WOULD NOT KNOW TO TELL YOU, BUT GO ASK THERE
Go to Dollartree.com. Understand that you can only buy in bulk though, like 36 of one item.
