Worst CVS. The pharmacy is filled with the dumbest people ever. They take 3x as long to do anything and it there is a problem with your script instead of calling they wait for u to get there then tell u to stand in another line to find out why. The manager Amy is useless. She makes promises she doesn't keep nor does she return phone calls. Transfered my scripts so I don't have to deal with them ever again. Oh and I called corporate on them and lodged a complaint

I have tried having the pharmacy deliver prescriptions twice. The pharmacy was nice and said they would deliver. Well, the first time was for a prescription for my son’s fever. We were expecting to receive it on a Monday and nothing. I called the next day and they promised to have it delivered on Tuesday... and nothing. I called again on Wednesday morning and they said they will send it out along with the rest of the Wednesday deliveries, and nothing again. I finally gave up since my sister said that she could pick it up the medicine for me so that was that. The second time my doctor sent a prescription to the Chula Vista CVS pharmacy on 3rd on April 11. I talked to them the same day and they said they do not deliver over the weekend but we’ll send it out on Monday. Guess what?!?!? No delivery. I called on Tuesday. Nothing. Wednesday. Nothing. Let’s just say today is the 21st and I have yet to receive my prescription. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to make sure a prescription gets delivered. I unfortunately cannot leave my house. Luckily these prescriptions are not extremely important to me but what if someone desperately needed the medicine? Who’s fault would that be? This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I’m definitely gonna try and see if I can get my prescription sent to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacists are great and will go out of their way to help you or special order something for you. My only complaint is that the store could be cleaner. There's usually debri on the floor and stains on tbe carpet. Some shelves are dirty also. One aisle towards the front smells like an open can of cat food is hiding, rotting somewhere.. I hope they find it.
