I purchased a high price point item, and was reassured by the cashier helping me that if it didn’t work out I was able to refund it or exchange it within the 90 day timeframe with the item being on my my red card, and of course my receipt. Seven days after purchasing it and realizing the quality was extremely poor and not as advertised I decided to bring it back. I was then told my manager in customer service that because I opened the box they will not issue me any form of refund or store credit, regardless of what the cashier informed me. I do believe a coaching conversation needs to be held with that particular employee and I’m going to do my research to figure out her name and file another complaint with the store. With higher price point items display should be available so that we can touch and feel the material and the quality of the product. Although I did my research online I felt assured that a big box store like target would honor exchanges or returns especially when item was never used. Extremely frustrating and I would like someone to contact me.

The location is tremendously cleaner and more organized than where I normally go (the one on broadway). And on top of that the gal Anne that checked us out was extremely helpful and polite. She helped me out with the target app and was very patient with us. She was awesome!

I was promptly checked in for my appointment. Dr greeted me shortly afterwards and performed my exam. She was very nice and explained everything. I was immediately helped in the frames section. Laura was patient and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. Check out was fast. They couldn’t have made the visit more pleasant. All 3 employees were top notch.

The cashier, Lisa Farnham, showed exemplary customer service skills which truly impressed me. In addition, Target has always been my store to go to. Can't live without it!

Drive up areas are marked near the entrance, pick up is inside the store at Guest Services.
Masks and they sanitize the carts VERY much.
Ask for your tracking number ... depending on where you use the application .. it can be Fed ex USPS or US mail .. they are x regular 25 numbers and letters
