Service was impeccable. Jada was most pleasant and very efficiently walked me quickly through the entire process and explained details about the car I rented. I will definitely return for all my rental needs.

Great experience. Very nice staff, Vincent was very accommodating. I was lucky to have Jada help me. Just Wow, she was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, even in a Friday 5 min before closing. She el really embodies customer service. She went way out of her way to help us out. I strongly recommend this location bust specially If you get to work with Jada.

Yes drop box is available on the front door.

So they blamed us for the dent that was on top of the roof of the Nissan Sentra Do not rent anything from Enterprise in Union NJ Morris Ave They are very very unprofessional I recommend no one to go there

I never had much of a problem with service, however, I've had to request cleaner vehicles... Always have to be sure to double check for dents prior to leaving...
