This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I can to the store, (to me mention I am waiting got a very long time) but soon as I get to a person they tell me there is nothing they can do about my phone or activating my phone. I just left the store and the man didn’t even look up my account to even add the my other line or even activate my phone 😡 worse service ever

People were coming in not knowing what to do. No clear signs you must sign up at tiny tablet up front. Wait times are long. I returned old equipment and it messed up my account. I would just ship stuff back next time. After hearing the cell phone complaints while waiting l lost any interest in that service l might have had. I love Spectrum and get great service but avoid the store.

They increased my internet bill by 5 dollars every six months. Seniors can not efforts the high bill.

I had cable before, so I already had the coaxial cables in my home. I hooked the box up and called a number they gave me to activate the box.
Old place was great! Quick in and out. Last time at the new location took me 40 minutes.
