Visited this store for the PSA pre-check as a walk-in and needed to wait 2.5 hrs. Highly recommend that you come with an appointment. The lady named Barb was extremely nice & helpful.

Went there after calling and checking to see if they carried Ballot Boxes and they guy puts me on hold and said they did and were priced from $24-$60. Got there and no one knew where to locate them. One of the cashiers (only been there 4 days) tried to help and then asked his manager who said she didn't know and walked away. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE. Do not shop at this place unless you're want to be disappointed.

Stopped and asked the person to print one 24 x 36 sheet from usb. He says he can't because he is busy. I went to print all of my 8 x 11 sheets and all I see is him walking around in circles and not printing anything on the large format printer. If this was my first time going through the process I would accept that, but I've been in busier locations where they focused on the other print jobs and still took care of this one ask as well. So as far as level of customer service with staples, this was well below the service I've received from any staples.

This was for TSA precheck. Appointments are highly recommended as there are lot of folks and walk ins are not prioritized over walk ins. Lady was super helpful and even stayed few min extra during her lunch break to accommodate me as a walk in - otherwise I would have to wait another hour during her lunch.
