We had a foyer window replacement appointment scheduled for today. James Powers the representative called an hour ago and said that the city of Atlanta is outside their service area. He wanted us to send pictures of the window to determine "if it was worth his time" to come in person to save on fuel costs. How can you take size measurements from a picture? I told him that cost was not an issue because we just purchased an expensive wrought iron front door. It felt like Diamond Glass Co. just didn't want to serve this community! SMH, lord change hearts and minds...
