It's a venue that has its good points but looks and feels like it needs some work doing to upgrade it and make it feel more comfortable and welcoming. Just my opinion.

This is my go to rink in Georgia! It is a little warm in there which you wouldn't expect from an ice rink so that's a warning to you, but i do love their disco skating on Friday!

Sorry, We are not able to offer skating helpers during our public sessions per our insurance policy.
You can find the public skating hours on their website. The hours vary depending on school and special events schedules. It's a fun, reasonably priced place to enjoy the ice. My daughter is really getting a lot out of the lessons.
It's a public ice rink. If they are not up to your standards, go find a teenager working there and complain...

13 but skates run a size and a half big so a 13 is a 14 1/2 probably really a 15 because of how much they’ve been worn

I dont have any idea what rat ice times are, but you mentioned leagues so I'm assuming you mean pick up ice hockey. Yes they have pick up games. Just call to find the times. There is another rink in kennesaw that has pick up games too.
I think they have roller, but I've never explored this whole place. This is what their description says "Sports center offering ice skating & hockey lessons & teams, plus volleyball, yoga & martial arts."

Yes, they have a pro shop that should have what you need.
They have kids 13 figure skates for sure. You always have to check the website for public skate hours and changes. There is absolutely no way around having to check the website for public skating sessions.
