Went in just to have my watch back pressed back on. Something that takes 30 seconds and they wanted to charge $10 and the guy was super rude and disrespectful, such a rip off. Don't go here at all. I was warned by others not to go here and I should have listed.

Love the selection. This is the second watch I've bought from this establishment in a two year period and I couldn't be more pleased. The owner is a great guy and takes the time to assist in picking out the best timepiece. I'd rather do business face to face instead of online. I'll buy all of my watches from this place.

Took a watch in on 11/ 17/ 21 for a watch battery it had a hairline scratch in the crystal when it came I got it back the crystal was cracked in five places so I called them to see if they would fix it cause there the ones who broke it the person on the phone was real rude and said it would be about 40 to fifty dollars to replace the crystal not very good when it came to phone skills .just another sign that nothing right about this kinda business

Petra Lala. Watch batteries start at $12.95 and the price goes up depending on the type of watch you have. Crystals usually start at $35 or so. Again, depending on the watch itself and the type of Crystal your watch has. You're more then welcomed to take it in and get a price on the spot.
Sorry, I have never had a large clock repaired. I don't have an answer to this question. They do give over the phone estimates.
Only had watches repaired but they always do a fantastic job.
Pretty sure they can work on just about anything. I've brought some fairly obscure pieces and they repaired them no problem.
