Five seaparate appointments were made under out warranty coverage on the full household of appliances we purchased from Sears. On 5 separate occassions they went through their confirming the appointment my email, also by text, also a call the night before. Not once did they show up. I would complain, I would tell them that our warranty coverage was going to expire, plus I was ruining my washing machine. Never a remedy, never an apology. I was finally given the number by Sears dispatch to the local service provider. Although NOT MY JOB, i went ahead and left a message. Never a call back. Now they want my review. Silly!!!!
