If anybody was to get the chance to work at this horrific place they call a job I recommend you to leave soon as possible if you would ever get in the position of working on inbound the leaves the trainers supervisors all of them I think have some type of slowness or type of down syndrome because they favoritism only back buses and it's crazy it's chaotic that the supervisors don't have no type of thought of any mindset you're 60 with no type of leadership or come on now worst job I ever worked at never would go here ever again 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I thank Material in Motion for giving me the opportunity to work for them. Material in Motion is a great place to work if you can stand on your feet for 12 hours. Shane, Jenn, Shan and Adriena were all amazing leaders. I commend them on their leadership. retain fluid while standing on feet. This caused me to have pain and swelling in my legs. With that being said, I had to come to reality that I had to let it go. My suggestion to MIN is to provide some type of pad to stand on and 15 minute breaks.

As a corporate consultant , I went through this agency as a temp. Whoever hired IDA and EIN as a trainer and tech , needs to fired with them both . Neither parties know how to train and one is a tech and thinks he run the line . A lot of changes to be made at this company , or they won’t have any employees to service the clients. Someone who is a CEO, goes in to see, how employees are being treated to provide specific feedback by reality based treatment and techniques. Over prompting and micromanaging, it’s unnecessary and needs to be stopped . No one got time to already be working 10 hours , and you get 2 breaks and deal with stress of petty workers .
