I was just checking out this place for a friend and her daughter. The lady will be moving soon, so I was doing some leg work for her.

I lived in Saddle Creek for 10yrs 2009-2019 & I absolutely loved it there until RATS took over our apartment. My daughter who was 14 at the time saw a rat in her room & we were absolutely disgusted. Spotted the rat twice. Yes a RAT, not a mouse. We maintained a very clean apartment. Our neighbor at the time stated they saw a rat in their apt too, so I'm assuming the rats were traveling through the walls. We also saw rat droppings throughout the apt & due to management (in 2019) being of no help, I broke my lease & moved out immediately. If you move into any of these apartments, please thoroughly inspect. Look for holes in the walls & under kitchen cabinets, patched up spots, etc....To this day, my daughter and I are traumatized. I hope the management team is much better now.

These people are scams. You can save your time, money, and many headaches by not applying here. They will say apartments are available on the website for you to apply. Then put you on a waitlist if and that's a BIG if you get approved. Keep in mind people will be in front of you and they will make others a more priority than you. It's a nightmare to reach anyone in the office. You can call you will be connected to a office site office that has no idea about your application. You will have to drive there and still you will not catch anyone in the office. They have a young fellow that is or was completely inexperienced managing the property. Apply elsewhere that's worth your time. These people place who they want in their units. Friends of friends if you know what I mean.
