I don't live there but some of my family does and I wouldn't recommend anyone moving there. Saddle Creek doesn't fix their Apartments they have repeated flooding due to rusted pipes. In the chance of a maintenance emergency they don't answer their phones right away. It's very hard to get to the office on a regular basis. The grounds are not kept up that well and the swimming pool is the size of 3 apartment-size bathtubs put together. The swimming pool may or may not be open during the summer which is located directly behind the office.
Sorry you have not had a positive experience at Saddle Creek. If you have or know of a maintenance issue, I would please ask to share via the resident portal and I can confirm with them that it is promptly looked at. For handicap accessibility, we have numerous first floor units that are handicap accessible. They have larger door openings and bathrooms that provide for wheelchair needs. Our office is open during the week for and can help by sending some specific pictures or videos of a apartment to see if it could be a fit for your daughter. Thanks
