Great staff and location. Excellent customer service. Staff is prompt to help, friendly and courteous. I was in an out for my biometrics in less than 15 minutes. This new location is in an area with less traffic and offers plenty of free parking in front of the building.

This was the most amazing experience. The check in officer was exceptionally polite, courteous and respectful. I was so impressed with the way everyone was treated. I arrived early and was put through the process immediately. It was a very clean and neat room and was not crowded. The lady who took the photo and did the finger printing was fantastic . Everything went smoothly and very organized. Wow, is all I can say. They excelled in customer service and making the applicants feel at ease. If this is a prelim of how the balance of the citizenship will go, I am impressed.

App was at 12. Showed up at 11.30 they took me in early and i was out by 11.40. It was so fast i was afraid they had made a mistake. Great staff

I believe they check your letter of appointment to actually help you. I recommend you go as scheduled
Yes they will allow you. Go in early though
I dont believe so, they even mention in thier appointment letters that seated is limited and please don't show up earlier than 30 minutes of your appointment
Please come at your appointment time. Arriving early is not necessary.
ALL Government and Bank Holidays are observed, otherwise open.
