Great selection of products! Well organized. Employees are friendly & helpful. Carry items not offered at the smaller Walmart stores.

Walmart of all Walmarts.... If you've been to a target, it's sort of like that but cheaper stuff and typically dirtier.

The reason a customer uses a phone is for research, or to answer questions that don't require the customer to drive all the way to Walmart just to be told "no". And I thought customer service was at work for the customer?
Because Sam Walton passed away years ago and the kids took over and they don't care about their customers.
Well I'm not sure if you knew this or not, but each store employees receive bonuses every 3 months, only depending on sales or how much inventory has walked out the door. I'm guessing no employees wants anyone talking to a store manager in risks of loosing bonuses. And yes they make it almost impossible to get any help from a manager. I suggest doing a review on Google to that store and express your concerns.
Should I report my concerns even though I don't want to be a patron of this Walmart that clearly doesn't need my business.
As far as I could tell the mask policy is still in place, although they're not as stringent as they were a couple of months ago;also the few cashiers they.have working are asking the customers to maintain the 6' social distancing
Good question

No longer accept returns after 8 pm I believe. Not quite sure about hours but they are limited now from what they were.
In Madison they have two. I'm not sure about Huntsville
Not cloth but plastic 2 inch thick 14.95 perfect for kindergarten
Yeah they are supposed to open up new lines anytime there are 4 or more customers waiting in line. The problem generally seems to be that you are subject to sub-par management. The manager isn't paying attention to what is going on. In the Huntsville Alabama area you would be amazed at how much difference there is between stores. In certain stores in the not so wealthy side of town you can almost expect to have 4 to 10 people ahead of you and you can see that there are employees and managers standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. You can go to a wealthy area and if there are 2 or 3 people standing in all of the lines and the management will immediately open extra lines and I have even witnessed managers and assistant managers get every line possible open and have honestly seen the management open lines up and actually do the job of a cashier's position, and run a line until all of the customers are taken care of. That is what a manager should do. It's rather sad honesty
That Walmart is always crazy,i avoid it if I can
