The reason a customer uses a phone is for research, or to answer questions that don't require the customer to drive all the way to Walmart just to be told "no". And I thought customer service was at work for the customer?
From experience I can tell you that they're very busy especially now that they have the mobile or call in groceries sections they have a lot of people that works there packing product to take out the curbside and they are short-handed usually the customer service counter when I go up there very very busy and it's only one person there our manager seem to be working registers and so on and that's the best I can tell you is to just go up if you're able to.
Some stores are experiencing staffing shortages. Please go to the store and speak to the store manager, your concerns will be addressed.
I've never been able to get anyone to answer the phone at our Madison Blvd Walmart customer service. I've called several times and the phone just rings and no one answers. It's at times when I couldn't drive there or needed something specific like the tire department. It's so frustrating.
You all better realize some people just want something to complain about it's no way in the world I can believe that Walmart one of the biggest retail stores here in America is not making sure that a customer's question is not answered you all ever heard that saying that the customer is always right that's one of the biggest lies that bosses ever told you
Yes, I was calling the right number. I finally got in touch with someone in the deli (after a few more hours) of all places because they were the only ones to answer yet they still couldn't help me so my business moved on to Publix.
Just go up there
