Why when you ask for a store Manager different associate claim that they are also managers and the story manager is always on lunch or in a meeting. Even if you try to call the number on the receipt it's always a failed attempt to get them.

Well I'm not sure if you knew this or not, but each store employees receive bonuses every 3 months, only depending on sales or how much inventory has walked out the door. I'm guessing no employees wants anyone talking to a store manager in risks of loosing bonuses. And yes they make it almost impossible to get any help from a manager. I suggest doing a review on Google to that store and express your concerns.
