Getting anyone to answer the phone is hit and miss alot of times . There isn't someone sitting there to answer all the time you just have to keep trying. Good luck

I was just there and they were "SUPER," backed-up in that department! It's normally pretty busy during lunchtime and there was only 1 associate at the back register. Good luck!

Haven't seen it in Chester Wal-Mart but can call any local Wal-Mart where ever you might be n ask. Also Bilos,IGA,and other here in Chester n possibility Richburg,S.C. doesn't carry that brand as far as I know
They had self services closed last couple nights I went.. one cashier and a line backed up to entrance. Finally another can to help. I wonder why they dont just open self service and have that one cashier watch over those?
If you have an Android phone you can use Google search by saying "Okay Google" Then when it indicates that the phone is"Listening" ask Google your question. It may open your Google Maps application and give you the phone number for the store so you can call the store and get the information you are looking for. I hope that helps and you are able to get the information you are looking for.
I can answer that because I am a vendor there and have asked the same question. One reason it's down alot because At night they used to take the money out and sometimes the cards get eaten up. But in the past 3 or 4 weeks the service desk mgmt told me they they don't have anything to do with the machine now. It's ppl like me (merchandisers) are handling the machine now. I have seen them service it. So now it's up to the other folks and the machine has been up when I come in at nights now. (Except for last night, ugh!) Hope that answers your question.
