I can answer that because I am a vendor there and have asked the same question. One reason it's down alot because At night they used to take the money out and sometimes the cards get eaten up. But in the past 3 or 4 weeks the service desk mgmt told me they they don't have anything to do with the machine now. It's ppl like me (merchandisers) are handling the machine now. I have seen them service it. So now it's up to the other folks and the machine has been up when I come in at nights now. (Except for last night, ugh!) Hope that answers your question.
So true they need a job but look like they don’t want to be there and are ready to go to break soon as they get there and the others cmc’s are so nasty mean to you as well if you bring something back and miss placed your receipt and it’s a big item you have to have help to get it out the store in to a truck, and your bringing it back to exchange for the same item due to something missing in it they will not let you I’ve bought a patio set from them and a few chair legs were not in the box I even called ahead of time and they told me to bring it back so I get 2 men to help reload it and bring it back to the store well to have a cmc tell me they can’t exchange it I paid 300$ for it and can’t even use it 2 of the chairs you can’t use due to no legs for them and screws so to say I was very upset to this point then I called Walmart head office they told me that the Walmart Vic was in the wrong to have not taking it back to exchange it out for the same item that I paid for with all Piece
But it's not like they don't have people who suppose to be managers. They stand around enough to do ityeah it really thank you. But one more question. Why are some of the cashier not all look so mean. I mean I work at the hospital. So I know pole can be annoying. But some look like they can just kill just asking
