Why is the phone not being answered when I press zero to talk to an associate? When I use another option and ask to be connected to the store manager, that line I then get connected to is not answered either.

Getting anyone to answer the phone is hit and miss alot of times . There isn't someone sitting there to answer all the time you just have to keep trying. Good luck
