I have a layaway and the last day to get it out is December 10, but I get paid every two weeks and I get that Thursday is it a possibility way I can pay my remaining balance then.

Yes Walmart will hold on to your items for 2 weeks and they will not charge you for a holding fee. So you are good to go.
