This gym is alright, I learned a lot in a few days i guess. But wasn't worth the amount that I paid for. This gym is really small, cluttered with equipment, and has no set schedule for training classes besides the kids classes & bootcamp thats overpriced. You basically come in when you can and do whatever they tell you to do which seemed very unorganized. Basically paid money to do regular workouts instead of learning any boxing. It didn't really give me that feeling of fun and motivation. I only saw 2 coaches in there and they were mostly on their phones hanging out and don't seem to really care about you. Felt very unprofessional to me personally. Sadly won't be coming back anymore. *UPDATE July 2022* Since this review I've been attending a new boxing gym called "Minnesota Top Team". I don't need to explain anything, just go look at their reviews on google and you'll find everything you need to know. Sharing just incase people want alternative options.

This gym has been life changing and I’ve only been going for a week. Coach Fort wants you to get better and pushes you to do your best. I’ve worked harder in a week at his gym than I ever did at any other gym. Great environment too. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is serious about getting in shape or getting into boxing. I wish I could give it more stars.

I am rating this 4 stars, it’s an AMAZING gym, Coach C was a huge help but if you go here watch out for Geeb “gizzy “ and Alan “pops” both of them were very unprofessional and unproductive and way to strict to an extent that shouldn’t he crossed, I get that boxing is all about discipline but they did to much and crossed the line with my kid, coach C and Davonzell and Alexis were a HUGE help, Love The gym - Jaylen (Jay Montoraga)

As young as four and it is opened every day except Sundays even through the summertime good place to train at good coaches willing to help
Its on their web page broken down by levels.
The gym has good amateurs and pros, coach cerresso could definitely help you out.
My 6 year old son attends training sessions with the kids group. It takes place during the evening hours. I'm not sure if they have daytime sessions but I do know that both 1 on 1 and group sessions are available. It's a great environment, family oriented. I highly recommend that you stop down there when you have some time and see for yourself. Theyll be able to answer your questions regarding non-evening sessions. I believe they also have a website with some good information there as well. Good luck and hope to see you down there Dennis!
No...from kids all the way up to pro fighters
A membership is $40 monthly & there is a $50 start up fee first month
They are quite busy. I would recommend to stop by and do it in person.
