I dont know who answers your phones and is in charge with helping people with the notary but she is very rude i called about an application that was sent in aug of 2021 and i was told it was incorrect. i was sent an" email" but never got the email or mail about this application i called today and the lady on the phone kept cutting me off and being very rude if this is how you treat people why do you work here. I want to talk to a manager about this asap!

Incredibly unhelpful the fact that this office is still closed and they are hiding behind covid restrictions even after the state mask band has been lifted and we can have gatherings of 5000 or more. 6-28-21

Jessica Johnstone was very helpful and great to speak with! Our LLC License was processed and approved in 2 days.

They are very good at pretending to be helpful, but they clearly do not care about helping you. Their amendment instructions are extremely unclear and if you do not call them to get exact instructions on how to fill out the amendment form it will cost you more $$$.

We have lost the certificate from the state department for our LLC. It is for Sargent Holdings, LLC. What so I need to do to receive a duplicate certificate and what other materials we were sent with the original certificate? Thank you!

If you are only looking for a copy of your original Articles or Organization filed in 2014, you can get a plain copy for $3 or a certified copy for $8 if you go directly to the Secretary of State office in St. Paul - that would be the quickest, easiest way (immediate). There is also the option of ordering a copy online, but you would need an account. You could certainly call their office in regard to any additional resources or materials you would have received.
