Awful awful awful awful. We came to take a permit test. We have waited a total of 95 minutes in lines. It takes them 20 minutes to process someone after they have already taken the examβ¦ so even if there are only 4 people ahead of you in line, you wait more than an hour. I have had to run out and pay more for parkingβ¦. Horrible experience. My older daughter did this in Mpls and lines took about 7 minutes total . The people here work in slow motion and are totally incompetent.

On hold for 40 minutes on 3 calls and no answer. Guess all the comments I've heard are true. They need competent people .who ever is the boss needs to step down.
Tess Flom
I don't know how they manage to find such lazy people. Literally the only effort they put in is into being rude. Absolutely horrible experience. Go the the deputy registrar in Inver Grove Heights instead.

Yes please. I've been trying to call them about my interlock.
Because there is a busy line
Schedule an appointment online at drive.mn.gov for a permit test
Have been waiting over 3 months. This is ridiculous!
Mail record request form to: Dvs records unit 445 Minnesota St, Suite 161 St. Paul, MN 55101-5161
I think you can do it off online.

No. Only one appointment at a time is allowed.
Reinstatement is about $680 applying for ID is $32 to get one.
If youβre asking about the online knowledge test, itβs no longer available since July 2nd.
I heard a family member of mine say you can get it at Walgreens.
You can walk into any DVS around Minnesota whether it be the City or surrounding suburbs I believe generally for title transfer is between $35 to $45 so bring your title, you mat need her death certificate (don't quote me on that) along with your ID to prove your kinship. So sorry for your loss.
There's none really
Appointment? Yes, but still plan on being there all day.
Yes. By appointment schedule online at drive.mn.gov
They're open until 3:30 and I think they're limited in the services they're offering.
You can call the dmv and they can look this information up. After you order tabs by mail or online it can take up to 6 weeks before you would get them back. It can take up to 2 months if you needed new plates as well. Hope this helps.
A lot

Yes, there is one open on Saturday until 4:30pm. It is called St Paul Licensing Bureau. It is in the same building as Sunrise Bank. University Avenue and Marion
If it's a certified copy and has ur name on it it's just as good as the Original
Fill out a lost title form if it already in your name and if not then it's an affidavit of due diligence
Yes

This DMV does not deal with motor vehicles. You will have to call the other DMVs to see if they have that service.
None of the state offices are open on Christmas. Arden Hills, Eagan, Plymouth, 445 Minnesota (Town Square) etc.
Yes. Schedule appointment online at drive.mn.gov
Dvs.driverslicense.state.mn.us
I know I'm a little late on this here, so forgive me for that. It depends on how many DWIs you have on your record. In Minnesota, you have to reapply, pass DL exam, and undergo a chemical assessment.
File a police report, then request a duplicate driver's license with a new dl number
I suggest you go down there yourself but be sure to do it before noon like 9am if not the like will be long as he'll. And they don't give a dam about people.
Yes, but expect a long wait
