If i could put half a star to no star i would. Told the home inspector, about our issues in our apartment home and how we believed there to be mold. Our neighbors also were having the same issues, the woman i spoke with, Sam i believe her name was. Told me that “i have been doing this for 20 years, i think i know a little more than you” had an appointment scheduled with the apartment, for their inspection already, but refused to even check our building. I sent her images and concerns about my childrens safety, she did not have a single drop of care for our family’s safety. Basically telling me I have no ability to tell what is going wrong in an apartment I’ve been living in. Also because she wouldn’t get a mold test along with our apartment, i did my own that i got from the store, she told me that “it does not provide enough evidence, because i could run one in my office right now, and it would probably come back with mold.” I don’t believe her office is to clean and sanitized, how can someone work in a safety feild and not keep their own space safe, but expect to keep others safe? Had mother in law do a test in her apartment in st paul. Her test had no results. Thanks for keeping us ‘safe and healthy’ and very caring of your community. LAZY and obviously does not care for the well being of children.

Worse miscommunication with each other the nurses gave my daughter the wrong immunizations and we were there for 1 hour and half!!! The sad part is my daughter has her shot records since birth... I have the original shot records!

I was very dismayed that you shut down the neighborhood lunch lady. This was a community effort which brought the neighborhood together. Each of us that participated only paid for the cost of the food. There was no profit. Individuals on fixed income could get a meal just for the cost of the food. It improved people who lived and worked alone diets and mental health. The lunch lady herself was very depressed and this brought her out of depression. I have no clue why you would have to have a license for this. If neighbors share food do we need a license. It seems to me in this time of COVID and lack of inspectors and inspections with for profit kitchens that this is mean spirited. I imagine you received a complaint from someone with negative intentions. This type of activity is going on all over the metro area. Are you going to shut them all down?

Covid-19 check-in tried to make me mask my 12 month old baby. When I pointed out it is considered unsafe, the lady responded it's recomended over 8 months!! By who? Not the CDC. Not the WHO.
