There are plenty of parking. Whenever I go there, I always find a parking. Also there is a shopping complex across the street with even more parking spots
Yes, first they will need to have an orientation to learn about the equipment and how to properly use it.
Not sure they are having trouble getting enough lifeguards to staff the pool area. Pool area has been closed a couple of days each week.

You have to make the first monthly payment. After that you can cancel. You must go in however.
Call them to confirm about the bike. There should be membership special offers going on. Also there is the Arlington rec center that has an excellent work out gym for very little cost near by.
