This lady took 20 mins to checkout our transaction. And we there was only two people in the store. She left to get my shoe size, came back 10 mins later. Front people had to call her to see why she isn’t back to the front yet. After she ranged up my purchase, there wasn’t any bags and she was gone another 5-10 mins in the back. Another employee even told us, she’s using any excuse to be in the back.

Was there getting shoes for my child, was told at the front doors to wait due to there being too many people in the store.. not a friendly attitude either by the young lady with pink hair. Then as people left we attempted to walk in, then was basically yelled at by the young lady that we couldn't come in yet. I understand help is hard to find but teach your employees respect for all people especially that lady. Once in the store the men were nice and somewhat helpful. I'll be shopping online from now on, to avoid going in there!
