I've been going to St. Vincent's for almost 13 years. It is my best thrifting little secret. It's a great thrift store with an eclecticism that really goes with the neighborhood. There's sometimes free bread on Tuesdays around 11AM so that's another great reason to visit. Prices are definitely spot on and quite affordable on almost all things. Sometimes you will find some awesome things and sometimes you won't. They've done some recent renovations and there's more light and it's cleaner but it retains the old school charm. Well worth a visit!

Yes, clothing, shoes, furniture, small appliances, books, dishes, pots & pans, home decor, pictures & frames, sporting goods, lamps, crafts, fabric & sewing supplies, and more.
There is a chance that they might have it. They have different kinds, but I don't know what the cord you need looks like.
Yes they do. In the back during business hours unless they are abnormally large donations then call ahead. Great staff who are wonderful!
We do accept office items in good condition. The main reason donations we have to say no thank you to donations is odors - smoke, mildew, animal. etc. Also items with company/school names on them (3 ring binders, etc) we do not accept.
Our donation door is located off Sturgis Street. There is no alley in our block so you have to drive around the block to get to our back door. Our donation drop off area is marked with several signs with our name so you will know you are in the right place. Ring the bell and a staff person will assist you. All donations are subject to inspection. We are NOT accepting any Christmas items at this time.
Yes, as long as they are clean, dry and odor free? We will take parkas in June and t shirts in January.
You could call the stores, St Paul 651.227.1332 or Minneapolis 612.722.7882. On our website www.svdpmpls.org there is a Calendar showing the sales for the month.
Yes we deliver furniture for a fee and depending on where you live. Because of the Covid pandemic, we are currently deliver ONLY to the door or into a garage. Our workers will not bring items inside.
Yes we are open and receiving donations at our donation doors. We stop accepting donations 30 minutes before the stores close. St Paul 651.227.1332 Minneapolis 612.722.7882
Yes, we have a pick up service for furniture. Does depend upon what items you have and where you live. You can call our pick up number 651.602.0478. We no longer accept sleeper sofas or large wood furniture items: entertainment centers, hutches, large coffee tables, armoires, etc. No major appliances. All items in clean condition. Nothing that needs to be cleaned, repaired or reupholstered. We reserve the right to say "No Thank You" to any items our experience has shown we cannot sell. If we cannot sell an item, we will not offer to anyone in need for free. All items must be in good condition.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission does not allow old, unsafe children's equipment to be sold by thrift stores or other resellers. You can give it to an individual but you are not supposed to sell it. We only accept children's equipment which is less than 5 years old and in excellent condition because we do not want to cause harm to any children. A lot of the children's equipment we do accept we give to a couple who have a Crib Ministry - they give cribs and other items to people in need. We are a small Non Profit thrift store and we cannot afford to accept items which are old, unsafe or up to current standards. As consumers, we each responsible for the proper disposal of our old stuff.
We do not accept major appliances.
Yes we do sell in season Sporting Goods.

Mattresses must be clean, stain and odor free and 10 years old or less. We do not accept sleeper sofas, major appliances, carpeting, large wood items: hutches, entertainment centers, large dressers, large coffee tables, armories, etc.
