Paid $250 for a rapid test. When I walked in I asked the staff if they can include my passport number in the test result. He said that'd be an additional $150. I asked why? He had no good reason. I called customer service on the spot and they said they'd do it for free. So what was that $150 for? Where would it have gone? We might never know.

These guys saved our vacation. Went to the 7th Ave location, sent us to 79th st for antigen and made our showtime. Very helpful friendly.

POSSIBLE SCAM, please verify before paying. I went to the west 79th street location on January 6th for a $250 rapid pcr with 4-5 hour turnaround. It has been close to 20 hours. The portal still shows my appointment as "open" as in I have not been there. No results. I have sent three emails the admin email. I have called and left multiple messages with their only phone line. I am fairly sure this location is a scam, but cannot verify without further investigation.

I am SO impressed by this clinic! It was fast, staff was fantastic, and I had my results in under an hour. It’s not cheap, but if you need a quick turn around for international travel, this place is money well spent.
