The lady at the desk is rude. She barks at you when you try and speak. I explained I was early for an appointment. I asked if I could wait here, hoping to be able to give the urine sample. If they can squeeze me in. No. We can’t do that. I said if there is any chance. No she said. We have appointments all day. She needs a class on speaking to customers. Seriously

I was 10 minutes. The room was empty no patience’s and there can not take walking inn For blood test is take 5 minutes for complete the paper and 5 minutes take the blood test. 2 lazy ladies who not work

Liers! I have difficult veins, I know this. I drink water and pump dumbbells to make it possible to stick me. Still takes a dozen tries, I understand, that's fine. But TODAY I am told they have a two attempt limit, and since they don't see any veins they won't try. I've been coming here for years, this is news to me! They said to go somewhere else, that my paper can be taken to any lab. They said sunrise will do it. I went to sunrise, they said that's not a thing, if the paper says quest only a quest can use it. Clearly these people will do anything to avoid real work. I'm taking the hint and will not come here again.

I didn't have an appointment and thought that I could walk-in, but I was told that they no longer accept walk-ins. The woman at the front desk did make an exception, but then told me that I needed to pay a $375 copay. I told her it was too much and she gave me the name of another place that would cover it fully. Very helpful and honest.
