Apparently some of there drivers decide if they want to deliver packages or not. Multiple times I have had late Amazon packages. Today for instance the driver said he didn’t come here because there was a obstruction in the way… There was no obstruction

I received a text that my package is in this location, I went there and the first person couldn’t find it. I realized it might have gone to another address, I went back in and worked with the other. I wish I remembered her name. She patiently looked through everything and eventually she realized the text was wrongly sent and the package is on its way. I read bad reviews and I was so frightened but they really were nice to me. I gave 4 star because of the wrong text.

They lied, there was someone in the house on June 10th. They left a note. My package went back to Korea and I called them. She yelled at me and said, "What do you want? You spoke to my supervisor yesterday and it doesn't need a call to me." Received very bad service. I called to find out where my package was and she screamed again, "What do you want?" She is hang up!!!!

There's a female employee at this location that should be fired. She yells and screams at you over the phone and hangs up on you. She refuses to answer the phone when you call back or picks up and hangs up on you again. And everyone condones her behavior since they refuse to give her name up when asked. Verbal abuse is NEVER acceptable. Worst customer service EVER. I would give this USPS 0 stars if I could, and I'd have my mail serviced through a different location if it was an option. I will never support this branch by spending my money there again.

Yes you can renew it here. I would imagine if you brought expired passport, state issued DL, and likely a birth certificate and SS card, you would have all your bases covered. Call and ask for passport office and they can inform you of everything you need. 😃
