They need to get rid of Alyssa Perry as one of the Assistant managers here at this location she can be very rude and difficult to work around. She has a nasty attitude as an Assistant manager and does not deserve a position as a manager or at the postal office period.

The gal with pink hair is always moving at the slowest pace possible, and is not friendly at all, irritated tone always. I’ve lived in the areas for a few years and always come here. She is always here and always crabby and very slow moving. Demeaning tone. I can never leave here in an efficient manner.

I would not give 1 star and if there is an option, on April 15 2022 and I got there just before 8:30am, which I was trying to arrive my office in Minnetonka by 9am, and there are 5 people already lined it up and the time had passed 8:40am and no one open metal gate, then two customers put buttons twice and finally one person who dyed red hair, with tattoo person said it would be few more mins, till 8:44 finally the person opened the gate and we lined up front of counter. The person named Jazz who dyed red hair could not log on computer till 8:47am a co-worker who was African American was late showed up at work, finally till 8:52am starting to work. At that time, there are at least 8 people had been waiting over 20 mins more without any service. It was horrible service provided by this post office.
