I have always received amazing customer service at this location. They are always friendly and helpful and have assisted me a couple of times with issues regarding packages and change of address.

Do not go here for passport services. The man in charge of handling passports was rude and overexposed the photos. What's the point in paying for a specific photo service if the person in charge of passports can't even meet the photo standards? It's a waste of money and time.

Went in to locate a package, and the clerk asked me for the slip which I said I didn't have on me. He asked for my ID and then laughed at it. And then scolded me for stopping in the wrong USPS. Waste of time. And unfriendly. Look at their rating already.

No unfortunately. I would go to the library it's next door. That's what I do. Make sure you have the right weight and measurements. I use the computer its 0.10 from printing

Offices are open; but, no mail/parcels are going out today.
In our area, the mail truck goes down one side of the street only. All the boxes have to be on that side. Ours is across the street from our house. Sounds like you have the same situation
You can get your passport renewed here, but you must set up an appointment in person to do so.
