I have a piece of mail that has been brought out 2 times to me apparently it can't be picked up from their location but for some reason our mail courier is leaving notes stating she knocked and no one is home to sign. No one has knocked on the door once. And when I called the gentleman on the phone stated I'd have to wait till the next day and told me foe sure it would arrive in the am we left the door completely open. Put a note on the door telling them to ring the doorbell, waited all day annnnd nothing now almost a week and a half later still NOTHING. I'm assuming if it has to be signed for to receive its a) important and b) possibly time sensitive. Thank you guys for screwing this up big time. The woman running this route should be fired she is lying about delivering mail. Also we have a camera showing her just leaving notes instead of knocking as she says in the notes she's done.

Worst post office in south carolina. Almost the USA itself. They will hold your package for extra days for no reason. Updates say its in their possession and waiting to be accepted for DAYS after due date. Plus they act like trash in person. The whole staff needs replaced.

Went to the post office today. They are so rude, they treat people like trash. The little old lady and a heavy set guy are very disrespectful. No wonder this post office have lots of bad reviews.

I am not sure why this branch has such bad reviews! I never expect a veery pleasant experience at the post office, but I was expecting a particularly bad one after reading the reviews of this specific branch. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I visited at 4:30PM on a Tuesday and found only two people in line ahead of me. The single employee - Kendrick - was operating efficiently and kindly, telling guests to have a blessed day. He helped me with my package, caught a mistake I'd written in the address, and finished the service in a speedy manner! He even reminded me to grab my water bottle that I'd set down on top of the counter. Also, the branch itself is easy to pull into and out of on Wade Hampton Blvd. All around, it was a pleasant experience :)
