Went in 10/4/22 around noon. The ladies who were working were fast and kind. I was anxious about making sure paperwork would get sent properly and they advised me on the best form of shipping, and double checked to make sure I wrote the address correct because I have a tendency to transpose letters and numbers. The mail might be frustrating but the people working there are not.

I despise this place, always dirty, the employees are rude and short with you. They don't want to use the priority tape to tape PRIORITY packages. They want you to purchase tape. When I asked what the priority tape was for he told me it was for "marking" packages. I'm so over this place, I would rather pay the extra for FedEx.

I sent documents via certified mail over a week ago to a zip code in Indepence, MO and they were delivered to a zip code in Eagan, MN. What do I do? Please help.

Yes. Call them and give them your tracking number. If it is at the station they can see why it was delivered there

The direct number to any p.o. can be called through 1-800-ASK-USPS & request to speak to either a carrier supervisor or a clerk supervisor for that post office. They will then connect you. Calling the direct number "tends" to get you vm where you can leave a message. Hope this helps.
