Please do not purchase the extended warranty. The associates are not knowledgeable about what the warranty covers or how it works. My mother paid $200 for the extended warranty. We have and still are without a replacement or repair. It's going on 2 months. Since posting this review, After 2 months, My mother went to Badcock and expressed her frustration about how the situation was being handled. I also called the warranty company and after conversing back and forth with the representative, I was finally told to call Badcock for a replacement. I appreciate Badcock for reaching out to me on this review., however it still doesn't change the fact that we waited 2 months for a refrigerator. And that we had such a hard time with the warranty. I still recommend not getting the warranty.
